Looking for another pantry-cleaning recipe, I was looking around The Kitchn and found a link to a recipe from Bon Appetit. Whole Wheat Couscous with Lemon, Peas and Chives contained lots of things I already had around the house; in fact, all I had to pick up at the store were fresh chives! The recipe was easy to prepare and the finished result was full of delicious spring flavors. This is a dish that packs up very nicely for a week of lunches at work, and while it was great reheated I think it could have been a lovely room-temperature salad too.
